“My favourite place to stay in North Bay!!!”

“The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always a bonus, however, I would like to see increase hours of availability on the weekends. The only negative comment I have was the quality of the mattress in room 234. It was well worn, resulting in a terrible sleep. The mattresses should be inspected regularly to avoid situations like this from happening .”

“The room could have been cleaner and the gentleman man that checks us in wasn’t very informative. We’ve stayed here a few times and this was the first time that the rooms weren’t as clean as they should have been. The pool and hot tub were nice however it was very hot and stuffy so it did make it kind of hard to breathe The restaurant on site was AMAZING as usual! “For someone looking for a quick place to stay, this is satisfactory and will serve the purpose. This is not the Ritz Carlton so don’t expect a 5 star stay. Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. “Older hotel but well maintained and room is updated. Didn’t have a great check in, staff were distracted managing multiple tasks and what could have been 5 minute check in was very drawn out. Room was clean and modern update. No elevator to access second floor so if needed maybe reconsider. Overall decent stay however very dissatisfied with breakfast service. “I stayed here for three nights while attending my daughters' Nipissing graduation. The room was merely okay. It smelled a bit mouldy after the rain. It could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom was starting to fall apart. However, (and for the price) everything worked as I needed it to; hence the "okay" rating. “Very beutiful spot on lake. Just off highway but very quiet. Lady who checked us in was very friendly and even came by later on to see if everything was OK. No hotel/motel has ever done that. The room was immaculate and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. This was our second time staying here and will definitely stay here again.😀”
